• Standard Kit

    A set of Standard TELL-Seq kit enables you to prepare as many as 12 small genome libraries or 4 large genome libraries. The standard kit includes the following:

    • UST TELL-Seq™ Library Reagent Box, RUO (Box 1 & 2)
    • UST TELL-Seq™ Library Multiplex Primer Set (1-8)
    • UST TELL-Seq™ (Custom) Illumina® Sequencing Primer Set

  • High Throughput (HT24) Kit

    A set of High-Throughput (HT24) TELL-Seq™ kits can prepare as many as 72 small genome libraries or 24 large genome libraries with additional primers. The high-throughput kit includes the following:

    • UST TELL-Seq™ Library Reagent Box HT24, RUO (Box 1 & 2)
    • UST TELL-Seq™ Library Multiplex Primer Set (1-8)
    • UST TELL-Seq™ Library Multiplex Primer Set (9-16)*
    • UST TELL-Seq™ Library Multiplex Primer Set (17-24)*
    • UST TELL-Seq™ (Custom) Illumina® Sequencing Primer Set (HT)

    *Dependent on sequencer/project. If blocker is needed for phasing, additional boxes are needed.

    Large Genome kit consisting of library preparation kit box 1 (HT24 x 4), box 2 (HT24 x 4), Illumina Sequencing primer (HT), and Multiplexing primer set 1-96
